V0.2.15 - Massive Visual Changes

Hello hello!
A pretty big shift - a bunch of changes in the back end that should hopefully reduce stuttering, but most notably, HUGE visual changes.
Visual Changes:
- Now uses (toggleable) vertex snapping and dithering, I'm leaning into retro!
- Now has better lighting in the arena, for a bit more drama to it all.
- Enemies are lit a little differently, to hopefully provide some contrast in light shift (for you insane people that prefer light mode on things. Weird.)
- Enemies now flash when shot on convergence platforms for more clarity
- Speedlines effect was changed
- Replicated enemies have an effect when dying
Look at these!!!
Misc Changes:
- Quite a bit of work has done to try to eliminate stutters even more, I'm hoping this is coming through properly to everyone else and performance is upping.
- Replays have been moved up a version, so old replays are no longer compatible. Sorry!
On replays, do just try them out for me and report if they don't work. It seemed fine on my end, but I do note nothing should've rendered old replays incompatible, but yet, they are. A bit suspicious.
