Môsi 1.3 released

New features:

• add {pick} ... {/pick} script for selecting which sprite(s) to modify
• add {delay} script for inserting pauses into dialog
• add {empty} script to check if a location has any sprites
• change the way dialog is interpreted so that functions wait until they're reached in the script to execute

Bugs fixed:

• fullscreen works properly on itch.io thanks to sarturodev
• fixed editing palettes from the palette list
• add slight delay at the end of a page of dialog before players can go to
  the next page to prevent them from accidentally skipping through it too fast
