V0.10.2 - Tutorial changes

I got feedback that the tutorial was too hard for new players, so I changed it.

V0.10.2 Changes:

• New tutorial levels
• The tutorial is now 10 levels long
• You can now upgrade the HP and HP recharge from the start of the game 
• Added padded obstacles, you don't get damage if you fly into them
• The shrunken rocket consumes less fuel
