Hello there, the new update here, most option settings are opened:
1. Options>Game settings: Bullet time on/off
2. Options>Controls: Key/Mouse custom binding
3. Options>Video: Resolution options, FOV Fullscreen, VSync, Brightness, Crosshair size, etc.
4. Options>Audio: Volume
5. Quick Save F5/ Quick Load F8
6. Increased the range of the shotgun/super shotgun a bit
7. Fixed some bugs
