In this update i finally fixed the lighting problem. So my level generated plugin (it's a open-source plugin that i found here: https://github.com/OndrejNepozitek/Edgar-Unity) would reset the material from "Sprites-lit-default" to "Sprites-default" when build the project. When i first install the URP package it had an option to automately switch the material so i didn't think the problem is this. My solution is assign the material in my custom initialize layer script and it finally worked perfectly. I also added a laser beam that damaged you and a room filled with them. Now i feel a bit lost and don't know what to do next so feel free to give me any feedback.
