#Dev log
It's my first release! Please be gentle...
Let's talk content, what's in this initial prototype?
I know, quite overwhelming stuff.
People who are looking at said content folder might notice there's a lot of unused files and folders. A lot of buggy if not broken content was hidden so it can be refined later. Most of which is likely to be added later.
Look, I am by no means a programmer. But I am for all intensive purposes, a game dev. The game's code was vibe-coded 99%. However, beyond that, everything you see onward was either commercially purchased or created by me, such as the OS main menu (a mix of both types of assets). I'll be clear, my interest in using AI generated content is strict. If I am to use AI-generated content, it will be under these conditions only:
To me, AI should not replace entire sections of content in-game. Spice it up maybe, but only seamlessly where it isn't distracting.
In general I want housekeeping and organisation to be handled as soon as possible. So though new content will be added I'm very mindful of preventing the spaghetti code from adding up and I'm very averse to setting deadlines.
New content planned will likely be more poses, more commands, and improving wordplay system. Refining how naming and adjectives are used in a session will be iterated upon, letting players have more control over and having them be more condition-based overall.
One thing I would like to experiment with is more long-form content or "scripted events" that players can create, almost like a storyline of sorts, but this only exists in concept so we'll see if it's on the table moving forward.
I'll also be listening for feedback, bugs and content suggestions. If you want to see this project go further, spread the word and feel free to contribute to the Patreon once it's verified.
Thanks for the support!
