Devlog 18.06.20

Changes:

• One ups. Have cyan cross inside them.
• Improved health display. Used to set it every frame, even if it didn't change, hogging resources. Now only set on hp change.
• Changed rotation. Angular velocity now also accelerates as long as A or D are pressed.
• Added particles in the background.
