Pause, context-aware use button, tutorials

Hello everyone and welcome to the first Rooftop Shadow update. The "use" button is now context aware and changes based on what you're standing near, for instance ascend/descend near ladders. We've got a nice title screen, and you can now pause and start a new run or look at the tutorial.
