[ChibiMaker v3.2] Better color picker

Hey guys!
Just a quick update before I fly ^-^

Whats new?

• Advanced color picker is based on your current color
• Advanced color picker & default palette can be used at the same time
• Click on icon to close color picker
• Fix bug where ticks were not updating after loading a saved outfit :)
