A browser Loop made in HTML5

First update in a while

It’s been a while since the last devlog. This isn’t a small patch—it’s a big update built up over months of playtesting and iteration.

Run & pacing

The game loop is tighter and easier to read. Survive the timer, fight through the swarms, hit the boss fights when they show up, and push for the end. Less clutter, more “stay alive and keep shooting.”

Boss combat

Boss fights got a real pass. They should land as clear milestones in a run—not something you can ignore while the map keeps moving.

Burn & poison

Fire and poison damage are in. Stack burn, poison, or both, and let damage keep ticking while you stay on the move. Builds that reward staying aggressive on the horde feel much better now.

Combo counter

A new kill combo meter tracks how long you can keep the chain going. Play hot, stay in the fight, and the counter rewards momentum. Back off or let kills dry up and it resets.

Everything else

UI polish, balance passes, bug fixes, and a long list of smaller tweaks that add up over a run.
