0.6.0.6 - Linux build playable again

This update fixes and error with the sound system we use that made the game unplayable for Linux users.

We've also upload the auto-patcher for Linux. The auto-patcher makes sure the game always has the newest version so you don't have to download new version manually on itch.io anymore.

- Technologies that have been researched shows correctly as researched again in Tech Tree Manager (including when you turn into a revolter)
- Fixed a potential error that could happen when destroying a farm under construction
- Removed deprecated code that could make pathfinding freeze the game
