Authentication

Now you can credit your phoney baloney purchases to an account that might get deleted on a whim. Know that if you click the button that sends us imaginary money, the credit on your account might get deleted, but we will always feel the greater balance in our hearts.  Doin some MAJOR reworks for optimization, and adding some long-awaited features like authentication. SpacetimeDB doesn't like giant index lookups apparently! Like dwarven miners we have broken apart our big problems into smaller ones. Gandalf has warned us about optimizing further. There is a force hotter than molten steel, and darker than the deepest cavern, and we might meet it if our ambitions are not tempered.
