Main Menu redesign
- Help and Credits screens have been separated into individual screens
  - Watermark and version number migrated to Credits screen
- Added an Audio Settings screen, where the music, SFX, and master volumes can be changed independently
Minor difficulty adjustments (some spikes were removed)
Music and SFX volume adjustments
~~OSX Version now up, although untested. Contact me if there's any issues with it.~~
The OSX version is currently broken, It doesn't work at the moment. I'm working on fixing it.
