- Repurposed normal beacons into warning structures that notify the player and flash the MENU map when enemies are detected nearby, especially around farms.
- Added farmable berry plants. Green γ plants mature into red β plants, then produce berries that can only be collected by nearby grey H harvesters.
- Enemies now route around obstacles more intelligently, can discover farms and damage berry plants, may search for players who stay in one location too long, and wounded ∑ enemies have a small chance to flee.
- Renamed Light to Campfire while keeping the same illumination role and ᴧ symbol.
- Added base detection for sealed areas made from walls, doors, or cave entrances. Being inside a base unlocks workbench crafting.
- Added workbenches, which unlock beacons, defences, and harvesters when the player is nearby inside a base.
- Added structure durability. Enemies can damage walls, doors, and structures when attacking them, and defences take damage each time they destroy an enemy.
- Changed harvester to H and workbench to ≠, added a BASE status marker, and added Show coverage previews for workbenches, beacons, and harvesters.
- Allowed defences, harvesters, and berry plants to be placed in an outdoor build area around a workbench base. Berry plants now need sunlight outside the base and a harvester in range before turning red.
- Harvested berries now restore hunger and stored berries are eaten automatically before starvation damage.
- Improved beacon alerts so messages stay visible longer and farm/base attack areas stay highlighted on the MENU map.
- Changed enemy priorities so enemies that can see the player attack the player before raiding farms or bases.
