I made this game for the 3rd Brackeys Game Jam. This is also one of my first games, and so far, the first one to be played by people I do not know. I had a lot of ideas for this game and scrapped a lot of them due to college and time commitments. This was definitely difficult due to that but now that I have graduated and am working on my Demo Reel and Portfolio, I thought now was the best time to dust off this game and implement some things that got lost in development!
Currently, all that I have implemented was a change to the controls, so now you pull back instead of forward like many people suggested. And The Win Script is added, due to the Game Jam being closed when I initially fixed and created that post, I was unable to edit the game. So my previous DevLog was quite useless. But that is alright, now I know to double check EVERYTHING! And finally, one thing that I noticed that made my game feel very beginner was that I used the default skybox for a cave setting. So I changed it slightly and added a fog layer underneath the dungeon to give it a better effect.
I do have quite a list of changes that I would like to achieve and for the most part, I believe I can now that I have graduated and have quite a bit of free time due to the current epidemic. I won't go into full detail here about what all those details are but to at least give a hint, I will be changing the order of the game. I initially had a short story that I had planned out, and even modeled other regions. So I am going to polish those models and put them in and create different levels that will all be connected. That will be the first step.
