v0.3.0 Google Play and some visual punch!

Convergence Compulsion
A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, Linux, and Android

Hi! Two big things this week--one for the Android players and one for everyone!

First, Google Play leaderboards and achievements have been added. You should be able to log in to Google Play even from the itch.io version, but if not, contact me from the email you purchased with and I'll make sure you get tester access to the Google Play listing. Send that email to epiblitikos [dot] games [at] gmail [dot] com. There's still more to come before the Google Play Store page goes up--more on that as it develops.

The other big one struck me as I was making the achievement icons. They felt flat--the game felt flat. Visually, I mean. I toyed with going pixel-art again along with some other ideas. When I stumbled on the drop shadows that are now added, I immediately loved the sense of texture and space that they added! I hope you will too.

That's it. That's the release. Next week, will bring more updates on the Google Play side--mostly ads (gross!) and the in-app purchase to get rid of them (less gross!). So yeah, Android will be free to play eventually. No ads in the desktop versions, ever. Thanks for playing!
