QualityOfLife & bugfix update

Huh. So after watching people play, we realized, that there were some bugs that needed attention, so we patched them

• Now player starts with 1 base stamina as intended
• Cutscenes and God speeched would play after some time, regardless if player skipped them. That resulted in glitches, where player would hear God’s voice twice over and result in really confusing voice over voice behaviour for the player.
• Fixed bugs, where machines wouldn’t decrease your stamina as intended
• Fixed a bug, where after using drugs on screen button remains, though drugs are not usable anymore.
