This update features the following changes:
- Added Power Network Academy. A set of interactive modules to teach some basics before going into the game, but different to the tutorial which is more game focused rather than theory focused.
- Added achievement related to Power Network Academy
- Added further error protection and logging for save/load functions
- Added 'Ignore Gamepad' checkbox for players with gamepads they don't want to use but also don't want to disconnect (eg steering wheel)
- Added to gamepad/Steam Deck/handhand game wheel for more selections and better UI. Gamepad users also have the cursor return to the center of screen (better for placing assets) if for some reason they used the gamepad with a mouse at times. Opening the selection wheel also slows game speed to 'very slow', giving time to interact with the selection wheel but also a feature that may be rolled out further to slow down time during asset placement.
- Fixed Enter button being used to navigate through UI
- Fixed bug when exiting EMF shielding page via 'esc' key, game stayed paused
- Fixed bug where substation circuit breaker tripping splitting network in two could not be restored by resetting the circuit breaker
- Fix to skybox blending, going from sunset to night, so it wont snap from one to the other visually
- Adjust how the camera moves and looks at faults that occurs. If faults are happening at very regular intervals (a few seconds apart), camera starts moving less often to not annoy the player.
- Improved performance from mouseover/interaction system and rain effects
