Updated builds (r2)

Release 2 available. The changes are:

• bugfix: unequiping a double handed item would leave the other slot disabled
• bugfix: you could equip the same item in two different slots at the same time
• flares now died out after some time
• bugfix: it was possible to lean everywhere, making you see through the level sometimes
• added release number on main menu
