Wall jump and New Game +

Given the initial feedback, the game was TOO DIFFICULT. Is OK, we can say is a Shoutlslike 👀

In this version some enemies were removed and the new wall jump feature could save your life in some situations.
However a "SUPER MODE" (or "hard mode" or "new game plus") will be unlocked after first run ;)

The original jam version is still downloadable until the end of voting.
