Patch 0.2.1

Once again, I've gotten some excellent feedback from early players, and I've got some fixes. 

• Corrected potions listing in item shop.
• Fixed an issue where rolling an encounter on the bridge at night after clicking would clear the buttons and fail to show them again.
• Fixed issue with the grasslands encounter table East of the river.
• Disabled 'prev' and 'back' buttons during rest when there was no paging needed.
• Corrected missing item descriptions
• Corrected spelling mistakes in bounty descriptions
• Increased size of help text
• Size indicators are now S/M/L
