Japanese+Norwegian+Bugfixes+Polish

Hi everyone, Thanks so much for the support on Rev, it means a lot. We have kept working on the game, And tried to polish/rework the game to make it as good as possible. This update features a lot of small improvements and changes, however the most important ones are:

• Added support for new languages. All the in-game text is now based on language files in the games folder, making it possible to add in different languages.
• Added full Norwegian translation.
• Added full Japanese translation. 
•  Redid the winter area. The art for the winter season has been reworked to be more aesthetically pleasing and make more sense contextually. We've also changed the map-layout in some places, hopefully making it easier to get around.

I hope everyone is enjoying the game so far, and that this update might make it a bit more fun.
