New Song Template!

Hello!

It is time for another update.

New features:

• New song template: Sad
  • It has a much lower tempo and always uses the minor scale without any percussion. Hope you like it!
• Added support for arpeggio rest patterns
• Improved physical model filter resampling. Somehow I forgot to lowpass filter the result before downsampling, which is unforgiveable :)
• Added simple move up and down buttons for lists

Bugfixes:

• Montages could not be created when different sample rates were used. Now all the separate files are resampled before they are mixed into the montage
