Version 1.1 released

Version 1.1 contains bug fixes:

• mouse capture not released consistently when <Ctrl> or <Alt> are down
• <Ctrl+Z> does both undo and uncover. Now, if a menu shortcut is used that involves <Ctrl>, the uncover action is suppressed
