#Update #First Devlog #Post Game Jam
This is a quick update for Oh... Kevin, a game submitted by Minty and Myself to the First BenkBonk Game Jam.
All i've done to the UPDATED version is:
-Fixed a few minor bugs (Such as certain events triggering elsewhere in a stage)
-Fixed a few major bugs (Such as multiple softlocks in the Final Boss room and being able to crash the game in the Forest by walking outside of the room)
-Added the ability to push coins to Slimes
-Tweaked the Knockback after attacking
-Made the Cave and Final room darker, as well as lowering the screenshake by quite a bit
-Some minor graphic updates (Such as having the Player appear behind Slimes)
-Fixing ALL of the text, (Some text events deactivated input elsewhere in the level, and others didnt even take away input)
-Reworked the Main Menu, and added a Credits button
-Made the credits a whole lot better (You should check them out)
Knowns Bugs:
-Entering the Credits from the Main Menu and then going into fullscreen breaks the Main Menu (Only graphically, its still functional)
-The Mute and Unmute system is filled with bugs
Extra:
-You can use CONTROL + M to mute and unmute the game, but its incredibly buggy and the music gets un-muted at the start of each stage (Except for Forest and the Mountain Entrance). It also stops and restarts the track and this isnt what i want, but I spent a long time trying to get it the way I want and eventually gave up for the time being. I left this more simple version in the game in case anyone wants to desperately mute the music.
