Beta 2

Today I released beta 2, including several new features:

• "Warning" colour flash at the top of the playfield when blocks get too tall
• "M" key starts/stops music
• Added adjustable difficulty levels
• "End" blocks are now more common
• Bug fixes and performance improvements
• Free demo/shareware version
