Beat Blast 5.4 New Game Mode

Hello everyone, this is a pretty big update!
This update brings a new game mode that lets you compete with other players across the globe. Think you have the best boss 1 speedrun satrategy? Prove it and top the leaderboard! These weekly scenarios come with new challenge modifiers that will mix up the gameplay and make you rethink some of your favorite strategies. To prevent luck from playing too large a factor, the leaderboards will be reset each week and a new set of modifiers will be available that has the same random elements for all players.

Here are some updates and bug fixes:
Visual

• Doors can no longer leave a gap when closed
• The level counter will start at 1 and show you the level you are on instead of the levels you’ve beaten
• UI buttons have had their hover states reworked

Features

• Compete mode: compete against other players for the top leaderboard spots in our new weekly challenge mode!

Balance

• Minibosses drop fewer bits
• Loot rooms are slightly less common

Bug Fixes

• Barrier can be picked up again
• First level miniboss' lasers shouldn’t bypass walls
• Can no longer permanently stretch out Spot by dodging with frame-perfect timing during a loading screen
• Echo should no longer allow you to shoot through doors
• Queen bee’s minions can no longer be purple elites when she is enraged (could cause a bug when she was defeated)
• Repeated projectile blasts from one of the third level Boss' second phases was causing audio issues.
