So the 4 day bender is now over, and I've submitted my very rough WIP for the GMC Jam 37. I have feature creep pretty big on this project, and got to experiment with a ton of different concepts through the course of this, I also got to really put the GMS2.3 to the test and use some the new GML features, which was pretty enjoyable. I didn't name the project until about 30mins before the deadline, I didn't even have time to test the final build. I'd say I've used up the maximum of the time given during a jam like this, not sure I could commit quite as hard next time around.
I'll try and write up a full post mortem later, for now my body needs rest. I hope anyone who checks this out, enjoys the work I put in. I sure enjoyed it, and I've got a feeling I'll want to keep working on this idea.
