Bug Fixes:

• Fixed some wall colliders being too thin and thus easy to clip through
• Fixed tutorial incorrectly listing "Mouse1" as the drift button
• Fixed issue where stage backgrounds wouldn't loop properly
• Fixed issue where stage would occasionally break or become invisible after dying
• Default steering mode set to rotational
• Fixed most visuals not displaying on Mac
• Restored various window resolution support
• Fixed minor issue where the control mode indicator wouldn't fully fade out after being toggled
