Update 0.2 - Generator Controls and Live Updating!

First update for this project and a bunch of new stuff:

• New UI controls for all major generation parameters
• Random seeds can now be generated in a single click
• Mesh can updated in real time, as parameters are changed
• New downloadable builds for Windows and Mac OSX
