Minor Tweaks

Just dropping in a few minor tweaks.  I'll probably mix in a few new features in my next update.

• Added the ability to pause during playback, which fixes the "not responding" error common in Windows.
• Added the option to immediately retry after losing a level.
• Added the ability to scroll through the menus with the up/down arrow keys, and to confirm with Enter.
