Update 4/28 Camera

- Level overview
- camera controls
- If you're on the ground you can up/down to zoom
- I forgot to add keyboard controls for looking around, but if you have a controller you can right-stick to look around when standing.
- I also fixed the level importer so now the player actually starts in the right place
