VeloStrap Devlog V0.1.8 - The Triple Update
V0.1.8 is all about giving you absolute control over how your hardware talks to your game. No more guessing, just raw frames.
The Highlights:
- New Rendering Pipelines: Two APIs doesn't fit all. We’ve officially integrated three new heavy-hitters into the rendering mode:
- Vulkan: For that buttery-smooth, cross-platform efficiency.
- DirectX 12 (DX12): Maximum performance for modern Windows hardware.
- OpenGL: Reliable, classic compatibility for older setups.
- FastFlag Editor 1.0: No more digging through menus. I’ve pinned the FastFlag Editor right at the top of the tab. If you know what you’re doing, you can now tweak your engine parameters in seconds. You can import by file or by json.
Internal Refactoring:
I've been cleaning up the backend logic to make sure every millisecond of execution is accounted for.
