EVERESTs SP-1, SP-2, and SP-3 added to the PC pack!

I've had a couple requests for an Everest sprite, so I took a brief break from working on NPC mechs to make a couple GMS Everest configurations, inspired by RetrogradeMinis' recent contribution to COMP/CON's pregen characters!
