Forge & Sorcery
A browser game made in HTML5

Craftable Items:
- Added 60 new craftable items, including multi-element items.

Events
- 10 new events

Elite & Boss Signature Spells

  • Added 10 unique spell effects matching each elite/boss's appearance: Blood Drain, Abyssal Coil, Saw Blade Launch, Tri-Element Blast, Frost Prison, Lava Sword Slash, Eldritch Gaze, Bone Breath, Flamethrower, and Blue Flamethrower
  • Chimera Beast breathes fire; Dragon King has a massive 4-second ghostly blue flame breath
  • Demon Overlord's lava sword slash is screen-filling; Clockwork Sentinel launches a spinning saw blade

Forge UI

  • Added tooltips to Target Type, Spell Modifier, and Element Fragment chips explaining what each creates
  • Converted fragment inventory from a 4-column grid to a horizontal scrollable strip with arrow navigation

Combat

  • Multishot abilities now fire projectiles sequentially (0.5s between each hit) with damage numbers and HP bar updates appearing at the moment of each impact

Fixed healing/block cards (Earth, Nature) incorrectly requiring enemy targeting when picked with Multishot/AOE — they now auto-route to Self target



Balance
Fragments are nerfed considerably the damage increase on cards.  Provides a significantly more natural game play, before it was get lucky get a good fragment craft a card that just kills everything first turn.

Quality of Fragments in events scales with # bosses you defeat.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed game freeze when pressing End Turn during card draw animation
  • Fixed rare black background on fight scenes caused by asset load timeouts
