Blokoding 1.4.0 available

New features:

• Added a better help menu, explaining and showing clearly how to drag and drop a card, and where to drag and drop them.
• Modified level 2 for less misunderstanding.
• Adapted UI for some long texts (in some langages)

Bug fixes:

• Fixed a bug where some tooltips would not translate to the correct langage after changing the game langage.
• Fixed wrong voice in french.
