Version 0.0.3.1

I have updated the games files to version 0.0.3.1. 

Here's the change log for this version:

• fix for not being able to advance regular season
• player grid context menu options enable/disable properly
• fix for emails attempting to send to cpu teams

Please remove all old install files and unzip this fresh so you do not run into any issues with running the game.
