Posted version 0.99f, "f" for "fix" because last timing bug fix had a bug :-P

Last update fixed a timing bug but introduced a much bigger bug itself - entity motion slowed down. Version 0.99f fixes this.

Also fixes right click camera panning in free camera mode in the editor.
