Settings and Tutorial 4 Update

I recently discovered that the video player on tutorial 4 was infact, broken. This update fixes tutorial 4 with some extra explanation to help those who are confused.

I also added a settings menu, and I also animated the pause menu and fixed quite a lot of bugs.

Look forward to the next update, as there maybe a map editor!
