Update - Game Highlights and Profiles

First and most important of all: I hope you are safe and healthy in these turbulent times!

The update comes with the following new features:

• Added game highlights to the highscore entry screen 
• Added more information to the highscore entry screen
• Added profiles to the game. This improves usability on the one hand and enables features like the game highlights on the other hand.

Additionally there have been changes under the hood and some technical bugfixes that should not affect visible behaviour of the game.
