Devlog #2: Crackle!

This weekend I was able to make a number of improvements to FSC:

• Shells can now explode with a "crackle": A series of many small strobing pops with an accompanying crackle sound.
• Added shaders to produce a bloom/glow effect on launching and exploding shells.
• Began work on a third background scene, "Mountain lake."
• Added brief gameplay video
