Major Update with a New "Toy"

It's been a while...

This update marks a major step in Starship Command 2X's development.

Galaxy, empires, AI captains are all working and working together!

The next step to work on is to being able to play this game. And since that will take some time to get a playable build ready, I decided to release what I have so far as Auto4X, the automatically-playing 4X game. Sit back and watch empires vie for control of the galaxy!

If you do run Auto4X and feel like giving some feedback, I could use the specs of your machine and the number in the bottom right of the game (x##) that is how fast it is updating. That would be a big help.

Oh! And today's Empire-Of-The-Week (ish) is a unsymmetrical-symmetrical design. I've never seen the generator do that before.
