NGL BIATHLON ALPHA-7.1

The new version is now in the public access! 

Updates:

     1) Added increasing characteristics at the end of the season in a career;

     2) Added rating tables for leagues in a career;

     3) Choosing a penalty time in an individual race in the settings;

     4) Changing the rules for selecting athletes for league championships in a career;

     5) A new system of difficulty levels in the game - the results have become more various;

     6) Added new bibs for the Olympic games in career mode;

     7) Fixed some bugs of the Alpha-7 version.
