- Implemented a NavigationGraph trigger system that trigger events when an Entity moves from one NaivgationNode to another. (like a physics engine but computed only when an Entity moves from one node to another).
- Added an Entity that give back health on trigger.
- Updated the rudimentary AI that now try to heal himself when < 50%.
