V1.3 released

Two years later, version 1.3 has been released.

Thanks to Mo (https://modernart.itch.io/) for taking an interest, creating some new levels, and debugging assistance.

Levels 15-19 on this release were created by Mo and offer a different kind of challenge with longer game-play and a higher goal.  Check out Mo's itch.io page as well as he may be releasing even more maps there.

New to Trolley Follies 1.3:

• The high scores saving system now works with scores higher than 99
• Maps can now be given names which are shown just before the map is drawn.  This allows map creators to name their maps and give themselves credit for creating it.
• 5 new levels created by Mo.
