The Silver Screens V0.2 released

Hi all! First of all I'm going to apologise for not creating a dev log for V0.1, however I've had to push out a quick patch to fix a few bugs, and overall make the game feel slightly better than before.

• First of all, there was a pretty common bug where The Shadow wouldn't spawn when needed, and as far as I know, that bug is fixed. (Please email me if anyone encounters this bug again).

•  I've also moved the Shadow's spawn event to after completing screen 1 as opposed to screen 2, which I feel keeps the beginning of the game rolling, and doesn't become boring too quickly.

• The menu static has now been changed to be much less annoying, and appear more like actual VHS static.

• Finally, I made sure the player wouldn't have to sit through the warning screen every time they go back to the main menu, so the warning screen only plays when opening the game.
