Ease-of-Use Updates

Thanks to feedback on Newgrounds, I've added some helpful new features:

• drawing now works on mouse drag
• the sim now uses colour selectors instead of rgb digits
• resizing the cells maintains the microme
• added a clear button, renamed 'refresh' to 'respawn'
