Web release

Fixed issues that prevented me from making the game playable on browser with EasyRPG Player:

• Recompiled game with the proper Steam version of RPG Maker 2000
• Converted MIDI files to OGG (MIDI background music was glitching for some reason)

Uploaded web archive. Now game is playable in-browser through EasyRPG Player.

Windows and Mac versions were not updated, but should work the same.
