Patch Notes - Version 0.14.18

Some Tweaks:

• Blast Kick now works if you simply hold the dodge button down, no more need to time anything.
• The Wickerman enemy that can change the level from night to day by the Kassidy statue has been relocated, and had his magic radius reduced to help prevent confusion.
