This devlog follows the development of our WIP time travel game assignment, made for Video Game Prototyping at UT Austin.
The player takes control of an ancient rock creature who can manipulate time in order to overcome obstacles.
Some prelim ideas we have:
- a tree growing from sapling to full-grown, to help player make it over a hole.
- river freezing and flowing
- rocks eroding
My role on this project is artist. I made some simple 2D assets for our game, seen attached to this post. The art was made with Adobe Illustrator.
